Job Description

                 Work Dates Needed: Starting June 9, For 8-12 weeks  
 Preferred Schedule: 2-3 days a week during that time period. Flexible on Days, but Mon - Wed are busiest days. Hours are 7:00-4:30  
 Worksite Setting: Flight Center  
 Scope of Work: Occ Med/Primary Care  
 Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified-Preventive Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or a primary care specialty. Current License - State of Alabama. BLS and ACLS certified. DEA. CAOHC Professional Supervisor, FAA Certification  
 EMR: TBD
