The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, actively participating in patient care meetings and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and create treatment plans
• Document all aspects of patient care thoroughly
• Participate in evaluation and program development activities
• Engage in education initiatives within the team
• Weekend scheduling and travel between campuses possible
