Edmonton Zone Continuing Care provides services through five main program areas: Home Living, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services and Palliative Care.We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Home Living team to provide professional support services in the homes of clients of all ages and stages of life.
This position works within a collaborative multidisciplinary team consisting of various healthcare professionals from the nursing and allied health professions. This team collaborates and conducts home or site visits to deliver client-centered services to individuals with a wide variety of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions, including complex health needs.
