Role Descrng>iption This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Ratnagiri. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based physiotherapy techniques. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical evaluations, documenting patient progress, updating treatment plans, and providing patient education on posture, ergonomics, exercise, and injury prevention. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring clean, safe use of physiotherapy equipment. The Physiotherapist is expected to follow clinical protocols, participate in internal trainings, and contribute to a positive, ethical, and patient-centric environment.
