For the next season, we are looking for a Pizzaiolo/a to join the team at our Pool Grill Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.
He/She reports to Executive Chef.
Main Duties & Responsabilities
- Preparation of high-quality pizza dough, understanding different fermentation processes and ingredients.
- Selection and preparation of fresh, premium-quality ingredients and toppings.
- Expert handling of traditional pizza ovens, ensuring perfect cooking consistency and crust.
