Job Description
Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for a TA Planner to join their team on a 1-year contract in Calgary (travel required).
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Coordination : Develop detailed turnaround work scopes, job plans, and execution schedules. Build and maintain work packages, including labor requirements, materials, tools, permits, and safety documentation. Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and contractors to define scope and priorities. Identify critical path activities and optimize shutdown timelines. Ensure all required parts, materials, and resources are available prior to execution.
- Execution Support : Provide on-site planning support during turnaround events. Troubleshoot issues in real time and adjust plans to maintain schedule integrity.
