:The Opportunity
We are looking for a Planning & Fulfillment Manager – Transformers Hub Europe to join our European Planning & Fulfillment HUB, supporting operations across Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Finland, and Sweden.
In this role, you will take ownership of planning, procurement, and fulfillment activities across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. You will lead a small core team while working in a matrix structure, driving alignment across factories and strengthening Planning & Fulfillment maturity - particularly within Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
You will act as a key connector between sites and stakeholders, ensuring consistent processes, strong collaboration, and reliable execution across the value chain. The role is based in a hybrid setup and involves regular travel across Europe.
