Prepare project briefs of the proposed township.Prepare Procurement Strategies (PS) together with the scope of works for the appointment of master plan team of consultants.Provide inputs and recommendations on aspects of urban development in determining the best and most effective way to plan for development.Ensure incorporation of ESG/SDG into the proposed master planInteraction with other business units, departments and professionals for innovative productsCoordinating with Program Management Unit and Project Teams in achieving milestones for approval.
