Job Summary
- Proven and demonstrated experience in leadership of people and manufacturing
- Must have strong understanding of electrical manufacturing and products
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (electrical/mechanical assemblies and motor assembly is preferred)
- Knowledge of 6S Lean Manufacturing is required
- Experience with and knowledge of understanding and interpreting financial reports – using them to make business decisions
- Knowledge of Mexican tax and labor laws
- Requires a mindset of continuous improvement
- Ability to influence and lead multidisciplinary projects
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership and culture development experience and skills
- Must be able to communicate in English at a high level – with customers, suppliers, peers and leadership
