Job Description
Title: Platform Administration Profisee MDM
Location: Canada, Mexico, Remote
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Profisee MDM platform across development, test and production environments
- Monitor and manage
- MDM batch jobs, workflows and publishing processes
- Data loads, survivorship processing and match merge execution
- Configure and maintain
- Entity models, hierarchies, and attributes as designed by the MDM Product Owner
- Security roles, permissions and access controls
- Troubleshoot MDM processing failures, data issues and integration errors
- Coordinate upgrades, patches and environment refresh in partnership with vendors and infrastructure teams
