Job Description
As a Platform Specialist with an emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), you will report into the SFMC Platform Lead. You are expected to be at the forefront of the platform for the team which includes requesting enhancements to improve owner experience, being up to date with all functionality, creating guides on how to use Dyson systems effectively, and being accountable for training the platforms to others within Group and in market teams. You are also expected to manage delivery and activation of content for NPD & campaigns, improvements to existing content, and being a key stakeholder in enhancements to our digital platforms which improve anything from end user experience to back end content management build processes.
Platform configuration is integral to the role’s responsibilities, requiring knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, AMPscripts, SQL and other platform related skills to get the most out of our content solutions. Examples of this would be creating querie...
