3 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To provide a high-quality, customer-focused plumbing and multi-trade maintenance service across the organisation's housing stock and external customer properties. The role is responsible for carrying out installation, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, delivering value for money, and contributing to the organisation's commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing installation, maintenance, servicing, repair, and fault-finding work on hot and cold water systems. Undertake full bathroom refurbishment projects, including associated plumbing works. Deliver a range of multi-trade maintenance tasks, including basic joinery, plastering, tiling, and painting where required.
