Portfolio - Identify and analyze improvement
opportunities within project governance, planning and delivery
processes - Develop methods and tools for
Product Delivery Managers to manage projects effectively - Implement processes to monitor project progress, risks
and performance (triple constraint management) - Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops with
project teams - Provide support in the
preparation and execution of Project Initiation Documents
(PID) - Evaluate the effectiveness of project
management processes and improvement initiatives - Coordinate communication and reporting across the ESG
program - Collaborate with stakeholders at
multiple organizational levels to enable sustainable change and
process maturity
