Policy Conversion Representative - Property Casualty Insurance

We are partnering with a leading Canadian Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance provider undergoing a major acquisition. The company is committed to data accuracy, regulatory adherence, and providing seamless service during this critical policy migration. We are hiring Policy Conversion Representatives for up to 12‑month contract to ensure the successful transfer of policy data.

Location & Work Model

Location: Downtown Toronto Office (Transit-accessible near a major intersection like King St. West and University Ave.).

Work Model: Hybrid. You will be required to be onsite for up to 3 days per week. A higher onsite presence (closer to 3 days) will be required initially for the 6‑7 weeks of training and critical ramp‑up support. This may reduce as individual performance improves.

Contract Details & Compensation

• Target Start Date: February 9, 2026.
• Up to 12‑month contract
• Compensation: $25.64 /hour
