Portfolio Manager, IT Services
This role leads the strategic definition, packaging, monetization, and continuous improvement of an IT services portfolio to drive recurring revenue growth, service profitability, and measurable customer value. The Portfolio Manager sets pricing, structure, and lifecycle of services, aligns them to market demand, and acts as the voice of the customer to shape roadmap priorities.
Overview
The Portfolio Manager works closely with delivery, finance, product, and go‑to‑market teams to ensure services are commercially and operationally successful and generate margin‑optimized, high‑growth recurring revenue.
