Job Description
Reporting to the Senior HR Consultant– Team Lead, and the Director, Employee Relations and Scheduling the Talent and Benefits Associate will be accountable to provide receptionist duties and clerical support for Human Resource Services by providing excellent customer service to all staff, physicians, volunteers and the general public. In addition, they will provide administrative support to the Senior Human Resources Consultant for a specified client group including the full recruitment cycle, labour and employee relations and compensation and benefit functions. The incumbent will support various committees including preparation of agenda and minutes, and other miscellaneous documentation and play a key role in supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive and respectful workplace and accessible services.
