Job Description
We are looking for someone to support the leasing team by conducting apartment viewings and responding to incoming inquiries, primarily evenings and weekends.
Supervision
Position reports directly to the Leasing Coordinator
Schedule
Saturday and Sunday – daytime
2 evenings per week, as needed
Approximately 15 hours per week
Responsibilities
Conduct apartment viewings
Respond to inquiries
Location (email, Messenger, broadcasting platforms, etc.)Transmit basic information to applicants (price, availability, criteria)
Conduct required follow-ups after viewings
Note relevant information and comments for the leasing team
