Post-Majority Support Services Manager
Under the direction of the Kisawisowin Child and Family Services Director, the Post Majority Support Services Manager will lead the program area that supports young adults entering adulthood who are aging out of care. The manager will assist in developing and implementing effective strategies to help youth and young adults reach self‑sufficiency within the community.
- Plan, assign, and review the activities of Post Majority Support Services Workers and Admin staff.
- Develop culturally based safety, wellbeing, and supportive programs for young adults formerly in care and who received intervention services.
- Lead collaborative efforts and relationship building between community members, program/service managers, leadership, and post majority support staff.
