Responsibilities- Lead quality initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Use the Program Management System to coordinate the efforts of all internal and external suppliers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the interface with the customer regarding quality and handle any customer complaints.
- Guarantee product quality before Start of Production and during the modification process.
- Assure quality from suppliers and validate prototypes with them and the customers.
- Apply quality tools and a project or program management system.
- Master's degree in engineering.
