Responsibilities
- Reviews, processes, and executes weekly mill and warehouse order requests, ensuring supply and following through until delivery for timeliness and accuracy.
- Creates and administers contract purchase orders from bookings made by buyer.
- Reviews, processes, and executes daily formulation requests, ensuring accuracy, legality, and manufacturability.
- Handles inbound trucking and ingredient issues as needed.
- Data, document, and information processing: receives, classifies, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information; processes data in various systems/databases per work instructions.
- Processes invoices, expense statements, and other financial documents.
- Maintains records or documents and data processed.
- Occasionally contacts customers, suppliers, or organization employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.
