Responsibilities
- Reviews referred cases and provides recommendations about assessment, coordination of services, and integrated service planning.
- Provides guidance and assistance to social workers, supervisors, and managers in completing and analyzing assessments for children and families.
- Provides input and assistance regarding the need for and development of additional, specialized assessment tools.
- Provides ongoing support to integrated management teams, social workers, managers, and Directors.
- Provides training to delegated social work staff in the areas of assessment, practice development, and new practice initiatives.
