RPI Consultants is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Practice Director of Workday Services to lead the growth and expansion of our emerging Workday consulting practice. This position will play a critical leadership role in establishing and scaling Workday support services and consulting capabilities, with an initial focus on supporting organizations running Workday in Healthcare and Public Sector.
Building on RPI’s decades of success delivering ERP, automation, and digital transformation solutions for healthcare and public sector organizations, the Director will help define the long-term vision, go-to-market strategy, service offerings and build the team required to achieve these.
