We are expanding our global Pre-Sales team and are seeking a hands-on Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to support complex sales cycles in Workforce Management (WFM) solution.
Your Role
- Build and validate demos, pilots, and PoCs with realistic scenarios, ensuring data accuracy and system performance
- Configure WFM rules (scheduling, compliance, time & attendance, organizational structures) and validate complex scenarios
- Translate requirements into technical setups, address advanced IT queries, and assess solution feasibility
