Principal Engineer – Downhole Services
The Principal Engineer will lead electronic subsystem developments in a cross‑functional global team, overseeing projects from concept to commercial release, providing technical guidance, and managing a team of electrical engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of early to mid‑career electrical engineers on medium to high complexity electrical developments.
- Capture electrical design specifications, generate requirements, execute design and validation, and drive commercial release.
- Participate actively in electrical design, mentoring less experienced team members.
- Interface technically with multinational and cross‑functional teams, both internal and with the customer.
- Share knowledge gained in projects through updating documentation and best‑practice improvements.
