Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the technical vision and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives;
- Lead technology modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices, integrations, and modern engineering and DevOps practices;
- Support and mentor development teams by promoting best practices in CI/CD, test automation, observability, and software quality;
- Act as a cross-functional technical reference, collaborating with product and engineering teams on strategic decisions and continuous innovation.
