Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on Principal Scientist to join our growing team. In this role you will design, execute, and analyze phenotypic cell‑based screens central to our platform and collaborate with the broader biology team to advance our drug discovery efforts. The role is full‑time and on‑site in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and execute pooled lentiviral screening workflows in primary human immune cells and relevant disease models
- Troubleshoot creatively and independently and proactively evaluate emerging screening technologies and methodologies; bring recommendations to scientific leadership
- Demonstrate strong motivation, attention to detail, critical and creative thinking, and the ability to fully integrate into a high energy start‑up environment
