Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join their established and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to handle a high-quality caseload, contribute to department growth, and play an active role in client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters
- Deliver clear and compassionate legal advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals
- Draft complex legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
