**Job Description** Main Objective**:
Responsible for leadership, development, and implementation of the problem-solving program at Toluca Plant, 8D's assessment, and Lessons Learned.
**What challenges will you have?

- Drive problem-solving maturity in Toluca Plant through cross-functional team training to resolve technical issues at three escalation levels (routine, customer-impacting, chronic).
- Define, execute, and monitor the problem-solving strategy at Toluca Plant through structured documentation, Problem Solving Championship, and monthly progress reports and KPIs presented to management.
