Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer – Mechanical Assembly located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for developing mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring stability, process capability, and continuous improvement, while supporting production to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize mechanical assembly processes to ensure efficiency, repeatability, and robustness.
  • Provide specialized technical support to production, troubleshooting mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly issues.
  • Lead and support process-related projects, including new product introductions, transfers, and line setups.
