Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role requires strong procurement skills to guide and support Musqueam managers throughout various procurement processes. You'll analyze requirements, recommend best practices, and lead the bid solicitation process to ensure the best outcomes for the Musqueam community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide procurement guidance and training to MIB managers
• Plan and lead bid solicitation, including drafting RFQs and RFPs
• Conduct bidder debriefings while ensuring confidentiality
• Analyze and negotiate contracts, safeguarding MIB interests
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of procurement experience in a multi-disciplinary setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
