Main Responsibilities
As a Procurement Operations Manager you will have personnel responsibility for a group handling all direct and indirect procurement and be responsible for optimizing the use of company assets in the acquisition of goods and services within these segments.
You will also formulate short and long‑term strategies (locally and contribute globally) to secure contracts (B2B), ensure quality and continuity of supply, while minimizing total cost.
Main Duties
- Report KPIs and take appropriate actions
- Drive sourcing activities, NPI’s, Contract management and supplier development initiatives
- Inventory management
- Actively work with continuous improvement activities within the purchase and supply chain function to improve information, processes, product flow and cost optimization (TCO)
- Budgetary processes for materials and people
- Coach team members & build world class procurement
