Position Overview
Reporting to the Program Manager of IT Sourcing, the Procurement Specialist III (Contract Coordinator) supports the IT operational portfolio across basic and complex sourcing engagements. The role develops and executes sourcing strategies, leads competitive procurement processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), negotiates contracts, and provides data-driven recommendations. The specialist manages multiple priorities, maintains detailed documentation, and engages vendors and internal stakeholders, including leaders and executives. This role translates operational requirements into explicit contract terms and service deliverables while supporting effective contract negotiation and management across the healthcare system.
