Responsibilities
- Organizing bidding activities. Draft, run and finalize RFx processes including driving negotiations, formalizing contracts, supplier selection, qualifying new suppliers, operating and archiving all relevant in related systems.
- Compliance processes, Procurement planning and monitoring, etc.
- Routine communication and management of the existing suppliers;
- Developing procurement strategies and solutions;
- Procurement contract preparation and contract management;
- Analyzing procurement requirements and industry market, finding potential suppliers, gaining competitive advantages, and ensuring the effectiveness of implemented procurement strategies.
