Location: Nijmegen
You will do an internship in the R&D center within the Product Development Technology Team working on emulsion-based products.
Assignments and key activities
You will do an internship in the R&D department within theProductDesignTeam working onemulsified products. During your internship you will be occupied with, among other things:
Literature research for further ingredient understanding and relatedfunctionality;
Prepare lab and pilot plant samples forPhysico-chemical and sensorialanalysis;
Perform analytical and sensorial tests, analyze the data andreportingresults;
