Job Description
- Business Partnering
- Provide support for the manufacturing team.
- Provide engineering support on change requests (ECOs)
- Provide engineering support on new product introduction (NPI)
- Participate in limited research and development (R&D) activities.
- Provide engineering support in cost reduction efforts.
- Performance, Metrics & Reporting
- Meets assigned deadlines provided by project managers or other members of the team.
- Responsible for communicating some aspects of existing product quality to manufacturing team.
- Responsible for some aspects of new product design quality and design turnaround time.
- Responsible for providing support in achieving new product vitality index goals.
- Responsible for all aspects of risk management and risk mitigation
- Technical owner of electrical aspects of projects
