Position Overview
The Crew Lead of the Acquisition Funnel crew (~8 team members) is a technical manager responsible for organising the crew’s work and ensuring output quality. The role blends 60% leadership and strategic planning with 40% hands‑on engineering contributions.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimise alan.com, the high‑traffic platform that introduces prospects to Alan.
- Power and scale acquisition channels (paid media, SEO, LLM, and other marketing initiatives) across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
- Develop seamless self‑serve conversion flows that take prospects from discovery to final sign‑up.
- Support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan’s market position.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, Product, and other cross‑functional teams.
