We’re looking for an experienced PMO (Product Management Officer) to lead and scale a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) across enterprise initiatives.
This is a senior-level role focused on governance, portfolio management, and executive visibility —not project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the centralized PMO function across multiple programs
- Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Drive portfolio management , including prioritization and strategic alignment
- Implement structured project intake frameworks and demand management processes
- Oversee resource capacity planning across the portfolio
