Front is already one of the most AI‑native products in B2B communication. The job of the Admin Scale pod is to build the identity, permissions, audit, and admin primitives that let the largest, most security‑conscious companies deploy all of this with confidence.
You’ll be the one shaping how IT admins manage software in the age of AI. SSO, SCIM, and RBAC were built for humans clicking buttons — they bend awkwardly around AI agents and automations, and every Enterprise customer is starting to notice. Front already ships AI in production, so this isn’t a thought exercise: you’ll decide what scoped access, auditability, and admin control look like for non‑human actors, on a product people are already using.
