Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager & CRO based in Brazil to own experimentation programs across a major eCommerce client’s digital experience. The role begins as a 6‑month project, with the possibility of extension to an indefinite contract.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, merchandisers, UX researchers, and analysts to shape hypotheses at intake – coaching toward better‑formed questions rather than gating on incomplete requests.
- Own the experimentation roadmap for assigned eCommerce surfaces; arbitrate prioritization across stakeholders against shared business objectives.
- Design experiments using methodology, including overall evaluation criteria selection, holdback structure, sample‑ratio integrity, and interaction‑effect awareness for high‑impact tests.
