Lead activities to gather VoC and competitive/market intelligence to understand the needs of customers and inform roadmap strategies and priorities. Create compelling value propositions and financial models, based on sound business rationale, to support new product development funding and articulate return on investment. Manage a prioritized list of ideas and products, make recommendations, and support the internal promotion of new product innovation.
