Product Manager/ Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager
Our client is looking for a Product Manager/ Scrum Master in our Technology PMO.This role will partner with Product and Engineering to maximize the output of our software development teams. As an ideal candidate, you will be able to take the assigned Sprint Goals from Product and ensure our teams execute at the highest level. You’re a highly skilled “block and tackler” with a proven ability to remove impediments and help the teams maintain focus — from execution through release. You will be a master of communication with technical resources, but also be able to translate sprint success to our end customers.
Essential Job Functions
● Serve as Scrum Master/ Product Manager on one or more Agile Teams while simultaneously teaching and reinforcing best practices.
●Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, refinement, and retrospectives
