THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Reporting to the GreenShield Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of products that enhance our capabilities within the GreenShield+ integrated payer‑provider platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of products and services that align with GreenShield’s strategic goals.
- Enable prioritization and requirement definition while driving to long‑term product vision and strategy.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather and evaluate requirements, and translate them into actionable product plans.
- Partner closely with the stakeholders to ensure product alignment with operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate product strategy and roadmaps clearly to non‑technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and discussions.
