What You Will Do
- Lead Canadian New Product Initiative (NPI) planning and product launch execution
- Evaluate and recommend new products for the Henry Schein Products portfolio
- Conduct market, sales, and margin analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop product positioning and promotional strategies
- Support sales and marketing teams with product messaging, training, and campaign tools
- Set SKU and product family pricing strategies to optimize margin and growth
