As part of our Customer Service Transformation, you take ownership of the Roadside Assistance product, operating within a technologically advanced omnichannel ecosystem that includes Salesforce, Genesys, and Conversational AI. You design and deliver seamless, customer-focused experiences by automating end-to-end workflows and orchestrating interactions across internal and vendor systems in real time.
