Job Summary
OEM Remanufacturing is Finning’s flagship reman facility rebuilding some of the largest Caterpillar mining equipment in the world. Our Technical Services department is looking for someone like you to join our dynamic production support team. Reporting to the Technical Product Manager for Engines, the Product Reliability Manager – Engines is responsible for driving reliability performance across OEM Reman engine programs through analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. This role leads implementation of Caterpillar service updates, manages product and quality concerns, and ensures BOM and technical documentation accuracy to support consistent builds.
