A Product Support Engineer (PSE) role is currently available at Belcan in Queretaro, Mexico.This role is a full-time position with benefits.You will offer technical support for aircraft engine hardware and systems, providing critical support to customers including airlines, repair shops, and manufacturers.You will ensure the accuracy of technical documentation, resolve engineering issues, and drive compliance with aerospace standards, all while collaborating with stakeholders under tight deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop technical substantiation for engine hardware through engineering analyses (e.g., stress, thermal, fatigue) tovalidate performance, safety, and regulatory compliance with minimum guidance.
- Collaborate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Plan, execute, and document RCA process to identify the underlying causes ofmechanical system failures, equipment malfunction or performance issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
