As a Product Support Specialist with PatSnap, you will be integral to our Product Support team. Collaborating closely with customers, you will address technical queries and help them fully leverage PatSnap’s Life Sciences products. This role requires solid problem‑solving skills and a passion for educating users on complex concepts in the Life Sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer technical queries via our ticketing system (Zendesk)
- Create and manage technical learning documentation
- Develop technical documentation for Life Sciences platforms
- Champion product knowledge across PatSnap tools
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development
