Responsibilities
- Managing a maintenance team
- Ensuring the department’s efficiency
- Enforcing HACCP and SQF standards and completing the required documentation
- Ensuring health and safety management within the department
- Overseeing preventive maintenance activities
- Maintaining healthy labor relations
- Collaborating effectively with other departments and internal and external clients
- Being able to perform and/or assist with tasks during troubleshooting situations
