Job Description
Airswift is looking for a Production Manager to work on a permanent contract in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico, with a drilling services company.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all production activities well, ensuring compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
- Ensure the safe and continuous operation of production systems, adhering to QHSE standards and current regulations.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (BPD, uptime, production increase, OPEX/BOE, operational efficiency).
- Manage and optimize artificial lift systems (ESP, BN, SN, gas lift, or others), nodal analysis, and production testing.
- Design and implement strategies for production optimization, water/gas/chemical injection, pressure control, and enhanced oil recovery.
- Coordinate well interventions and maintenance, including workovers, equipment replacements, and preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
