Job Description
As Production Manager in CRI-MAN, your mission is to ensure the collaboration of production and inbound logistics, delivering highquality products on time and at optimal cost. You will lead your teams with a focus on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, six sigma and operational excellence, while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of manufacturing operations, including the Manufacturing Engineering team, Manufacturing Planning Team, Logistics, and a Shop Floor team of Foreman and Operators. Your leadership will be critical in driving safety, quality, efficiency and performance across the plant.
